How do you treat DOMS?

 
 
 
If you've started your new fitness regime you might now be suffering from DOMS (Delayed onset Muscle soreness) and you might be trying to figure out the best way to treat it.  There might also be that fear of 'Is this DOMS? or is it something I should be concerned about?'
